The main goal of the application is to help the user take care of their mental health, learn to cope with stress better, increase productivity, improve sleep, etc.
To achieve these goals, the application offers a set of sequential courses (Main Practice) and a set of additional tools for daily self-help (Side Practices).
The main mechanic of the application is focused on mindfulness training. It is presented in the form of a multimedia lesson that may include text and graphic content, pre-recorded guided audio meditations, and other mindfulness tools.
The Main Practice is launched from the main screen of the app. Main practices are grouped into courses, and players can choose a course based on their desired theme. Within each course, lessons are completed in a strict sequence, providing structured learning.
Upon completing a Main practice, the player receives a significant amount of Energy. In most cases, this will be sufficient to send Urso on a Journey.
The player has the option to revisit completed lessons if desired.
The player is granted access to one Main practice per day. After completing today's lesson, the next one will only become available tomorrow. This allows for a gradual development of mindfulness skills without overwhelming the player and encourages regular practice.
While the next Main practice is unavailable, the player can utilize other mindfulness tools (Side Practices) offered on the Main screen.
Completing each course in its entirety rewards the player with unique Island customization or other exclusive rewards.
Without a subscription, the player only has access to the Basic course.
Side Practices are short and diverse activities available to the player in addition to the Main practice. They allow the player to accumulate a small amount of energy, which can be used for new Journeys or to shorten the current journey time.
Side Practices offer the player a wide range of activities with different durations and focuses. Upon completion, the player receives a small amount of energy.

Side Practices provide an opportunity to diversify daily mindfulness sessions and transform self-care into a daily ritual. The more side practices the player completes, the more energy they receive for new journeys or accelerating ongoing ones.
By default, the player is provided with N random side practices per day. However, with a Subscription, the player gains access to a greater number of side practices and has the ability to fine-tune their selection and preferences in practices.
